Course Overview
In 21 Days to Peace, I combine a unique blend of fun and fact, compassion and empowerment, work and play to assist one in finding inner peace. 21 Days to Peace enables the reader to awaken to the awareness of who he or she is, fundamentally. The book offers simple methods – some of them so simple that they might seem too simple to be of much use – to help the reader integrate body, mind, and spirit so that their lives can unfold peacefully and effortlessly.
The 21 days break down into three weeks, each focused on one aspect of our beings. Week 1 focuses on the BODY. Week 2 focuses on the MIND. And Week 3 focuses on the SPIRIT.
In addition to the 21 chapters with guided steps, the book offers an appendix which includes a list of the Universal Principles, suggestions for “What to Do When You Don’t Know What to Do,” and resources for further exploration.
